Workplace Experience
A workplace built around choice
The Saloris office proposal organised a curved floor plate into a varied landscape of quiet rooms, discussion settings, long tables, ledge seating, tiered seating and a social pantry. The planning balanced focused work with informal exchange, giving people a choice of posture, setting and level of interaction throughout the day.
The presentation linked the floor plan to the experience of individual elements. Movable tier seats were developed for stability, comfort and flexibility, while the pantry combined daylight, planting and communal seating to create a genuine pause point. The result was a workplace concept shaped as much by well-being and behaviour as by visual identity.
Choice of setting
Quiet rooms, open discussion areas and shared tables support different levels of focus and collaboration.
Movement and well-being
Flexible seating and varied perspectives encourage people to change posture, location and way of thinking.
Plan to experience
Technical planning, furniture studies and rendered proposals connect capacity requirements with daily use.
