ArqTEN UI/UX Process
The process began with a discovery phase focused on interviews, user sessions, and continuous feedback. This stage aimed to understand user goals, workflows, and friction points, ensuring design decisions were grounded in real-world usage rather than assumptions.
Insights from discovery were distilled into a flexible UI component system. Core interface elements such as buttons, tables, sliders, and layout patterns were designed as reusable components, allowing consistency across the product while supporting scalability and iteration.
These components were then assembled into working prototypes using Figma and React-based components, supported by mock API data to simulate real interactions. This enabled early validation of flows, interactions, and system behaviour, bridging the gap between design and development while accelerating feedback cycles.
The outcome was a cohesive UI system and interactive prototype that aligned user needs, visual language, and technical feasibility—providing a strong foundation for future product development.

The Narrative
- The typeface compromises of a 'Blade-style' typography that represents our ability and resilience to cut through the foliage of adversities.
- It is shaped with meanders and folds that reflects our 'tech-smith' capabilities as well as our adaptability to navigate across uncharted territories.
- The 'Q' symbolises the space-ark(arq), planeteering across space. On-board, is the virtual contents we upload that will withstand the test of time and space.
Social Intro Reel
The project concluded with the delivery of a comprehensive brand guide, documenting the strategy, visual system, and usage guidelines to ensure consistency and clarity across all future applications. The result was a fully realised brand foundation designed to support Arqten’s growth as a clear, confident, and recognisable digital product.

Scope of Work
This reflects the full scope of work completed across my transition from independent contractor to full-time team member at Real Serious Games. The role expanded significantly over time—beginning with corporate re-branding and strategic design initiatives, and eventually growing into multi-disciplinary responsibility across branding, digital platforms, product development, analytics, and ongoing post-production support.
